When a quote is submitted, two emails are sent:
Customer Email
Sent to the customer confirming their quote request.
Admin Email
Sent to the store admin with the customer’s details
and configuration summary.
Both templates are configured globally at:
3D Configurators → Settings → Get a Quote → Email Templates
You can customize the subject line and body of each template.
