Before Contacting Support
Please try the following steps before submitting a support request. Most issues can be resolved without assistance:
- Check the Status page to confirm your environment meets all requirements.
- Check the Debug Log for any error messages.
- Deactivate other plugins temporarily to rule out a conflict with another plugin.
- Switch to a default WordPress theme (e.g. Twenty Twenty-Four) to rule out a theme conflict.
- Check the FAQ at wpconfigurator.com/faq to see if your issue has a known solution.
- Search the documentation for your specific topic.

Please include the following with your request to help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible:
- WordPress version (from Status page)
- PHP version (from Status page)
- WP 3D Configurator version
- A description of the issue and steps to reproduce it
- Screenshots or a screen recording if relevant
- A copy of the Debug Log (download from Status page)
- Any error messages shown on screen or in the browse console (press F12 → Console tab in your browser)
